This International Retreat will be held at Paramita Retreat Centre in Quebec, Canada. People from all over the world are welcome.

All of Buddha's teachings are for the practice of 2 qualities : calm-abiding (shamatha) and special insight (vipashyana). As a foundation, calm-abiding is most important.
